Glovely Returns Policy

At Glovely, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

-You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

-Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original unopened packaging with all tags attached.

-Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

-Opened/Used gloves

-Personalized or custom products

Exchanges

If you need a different size, colour, or style, you may request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

-Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

-Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

-Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Return Shipping

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

-If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Glovely will cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us on the below or give us a call with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid return label.
  3. Securely pack your item(s) and ship them back to us.
